Meat Carcass Weight (Kg)

This dataset is published on a quarterly basis and presents a comprehensive overview of the monthly volumes (in kilograms) of meat carcass weights, for beef, pigs, and broilers. Data for Beef and Pig meat are sourced directly from the civil abattoir while data for Broiler meat is obtained from private local slaughterhouses. This dataset provides a statistical measure of meat production across the main livestock categories.
